In December of 2022, I was gifted the Kitchen Aid ice cream bowl attachment.

I didn’t know it at the time, but it might just be the best gift I’ve ever recieved. What started as a hobby, quickly turned into a small mobile business, which eventually grew into a store. Now, I am offering classes at Stellie’s to show you how to make delicious ice cream, using the same method I learned with. Join me in the kitchen to make delicious memories.

December 13th, 2025 @ 7:00pm : Gingerbread Man Ice Cream Sandwich Class

Join us in the Stellie’s Ice Cream kitchen to decorate and assemble adorable gingerbread women and men ice cream sandwiches! These gingerbread cookies will be sandwiching our ooey gooey gingerbread salted caramel ice cream. Each participant will receive enough cookies and ice cream for four ice cream sandwiches.

This class starts at 7:00pm and will last about an hour.
